  • If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

The Company may verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card or other government-issued document for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently available for deposits and withdrawals on the kj9999 platform: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

3.2 Deposit Limits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.

3.4 Currency

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

  • A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn from the account until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • The deadline to complete the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus was awarded.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

  • Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • A maximum winnings limit earned from a single bonus offer may be set separately.

VIP Loyalty Program

The kj9999 VIP program has four tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

  • Playing games using bots or automated software.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game is affected by a server error, disconnection or any other technical problem, the Company reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the deposited funds. The Company is not liable for incorrect payouts displayed due to a technical error.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Company Rights

kj9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Providing a false identity or false information.
  • Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to pass age verification.
  • Compliance with directions from law enforcement agencies.

7.2 User Rights
