Responsible gaming at kj9999 is our commitment
Enjoy the entertainment, but stay within your limits. kj9999 works to protect the wellbeing of every player — because responsible gaming is the best gaming.
Let gaming be entertainment, not addiction
kj9999 believes that online gaming can be an enjoyable recreational activity — when done mindfully and responsibly. We are committed to creating a safe environment for all players in Bangladesh, where every individual can make their own decisions.
Responsible gaming means deciding for yourself how much time to spend, how much money to use, and when to take a break. At kj9999, we provide various tools and features to give you that control. Our goal is not only to entertain, but also to look after your overall wellbeing.
Remember, gaming is never a solution to financial problems. It is a form of entertainment. If you ever feel that gaming is affecting your life negatively, contact our support team right away.
21+ Age Requirement
To open an account and play at kj9999, you must be 21 years of age or older. We follow a strict age verification process to prevent minors from accessing the gaming platform.
Control is in your hands
kj9999 helps you take full control of your gaming experience with the tools below.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Lowering a limit is instant, but increasing it requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? You can activate a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, your ability to log in or place bets will be temporarily suspended.
Self-Exclusion
If you want a longer break, choose self-exclusion. Options of 3 months, 6 months, or permanent are available. This option cannot be cancelled while active, which gives you genuine protection.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play in each session. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically alert you and help you end the session.
Reality Check
At regular intervals you will be shown a brief summary of how long you have played and how much you have spent. This keeps you connected to the real picture.
Instant Support
Reach our 24/7 Bengali-language live chat support at any time. Our trained team is always ready to listen to your gaming concerns and provide the help you need.
